How to Use:
stimulate the blood flow and exfoliate the body to a healthy, smooth glow. combining the gentle exfoliation benefits of crushed bamboo with the intensely stimulating effects of ginger and lime, smoothes and contours the body. under warm running water, whenever bathing, scoop out a small handful and rub in a circular motion over the entire length of arms and legs and in criss cross strokes over back, hips and abdomen until nicely foaming. this balances the energetic body while waking up the skin. further invigorate the circulatory and lymphatic system by briefly running cold water over the skin. now, the body is open to the intense offering of the buff.
