How to Use:
remove excess from wand
start at base of lashes, wiggle the wand then sweep to the end of lashes.
wait until dry (about 30 seconds) before re-applying if more color depth
is desired. if needed, separate lashes & remove excess color with
sukicolor lash / brow brush.
