Your skin is the body’s largest organ, with over a billion pores. |
|
Experts tell us over 60% of what you put on your skin is absorbed into your body. |
|
Women's bodies can absorb up to 5 lbs of chemicals per year from using conventional beauty and personal care products |
Skin Care = Skin Food. More or less. In other words, if you wouldn’t eat it, then why would you put it on your skin? Or your family’s skin? As we pay more attention to our food, we should pay more attention to our skin’s food.

Organic does not mean natural, and vice-versa. Organic means that the ingredients are grown without toxins, chemical pesticides or herbicides, using sustainable farming practices. The soil is rich in natural nutrients and the farmers use renewable resources. Organic ingredients have higher levels of antioxidants and nutrients particular to that ingredient.
At Beautorium, we have explored the globe to bring you brands & products that meet the highest standards of organic personal care.
Natural means the ingredient is just that. Natural. But that doesn’t mean it is organic, or organically grown. Lavender can be natural, but grown using pesticides, for example. We avoid ingredients that aren’t from natural, certified organic sources. If something is grown Biodynamically, it means that the oldest, most holistic methods of organic farming are used.

At Beautorium, we have explored the globe to bring you brands and products that meet the highest standards of organic personal care. We’ve put in the effort selecting them so you don’t have to!
Many of our products have been certified by very reputable international organizations. Certifying agencies are independent, inspect manufacturers regularly and are therefore a great help in knowing who and what to trust.
