Payment Methods
All prices are shown in US Dollars.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. All payments go through our secure servers which you will be able to identify by the prefix https at the
front of the URL.
Promotional Discounts
From time to time Beautorium may offer promotional discounts in the form of coupons. Please note that only one coupon may be used against any single order.
Each coupon code may only be used once by each customer unless otherwise stated. Most coupons may not be used on items that are already discounted. You may still buy discounted stock in your order but the coupon will not be applied to those items.
Out of Stock Items
We keep an up to the minute inventory of our stock and we endeavor to keep all items in stock. However if you order an item that is out of stock we will take one of two
courses of action. If the item is due to arrive within 2 business days, we will hold back your order and send it when we have the item in stock. If it is due to arrive beyond
2 business days, we will send out the balance of your order and then send the additional item to you when it is in stock, by USPS Priority Mail at our expense. Your credit card will
be charged for the full order at the time of your purchase. Should you not want the order to be processed in this way, please contact customer service and we will arrange to
cancel the outstanding item and credit your account.
Sales Taxes
Customer placing orders outside of North Carolina do not pay Sales Tax. Customers inside of North Carolina pay Sales Tax of 7.25% on all orders.
Shipping
The first thing to remember is that UPS shipping within the US is FREE
when you spend $100 or more. If you are spending below $100 then shipping
costs are calculated based on the Zip code of the delivery address.
Shipping is available to all of the United States via UPS Ground or via
UPS 2nd Day Air to meet your more urgent needs. Shipping to Canada is
also available - see International Shipping, below.
UPS Ground will deliver to you within 1 to 6 days from when your order
was completed, depending on your location.A detailed tracking number is
provided.Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO Box addresses.
All orders will be completed within 48hrs from receipt, Monday to Friday.
Orders received on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday.

International Shipping
We welcome orders from our overseas customers.
For orders outside the US and Canada, The United States Postal Service Priority International service will be used, with a typical delivery time of 6 to 10 days.
Canada shipping can take between 4 and 12 days depending on location.
Your shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process so you will know exactly what your order will cost you.
For orders delivered to non-US destinations, please note you may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government for your order as it is coming
from outside of your country. Any duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to be entirely delighted with your purchases from Beautorium.
If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, we will refund your credit card with the cost of the product as long as you return it to us within 60 days
of purchase. Simply e-mail our customer services team and you will be given return authorization by e-mail. Enclose the product you wish to return with the authorization slip
and send it to the address we will provide you with.
We will credit your account with the cost of the product in full.
