i have combination skin and try to use this every other week. it makes my skin well moisturized for about a week after using this mask and brings out a healthy glow. masking with this product cools and reduces swelling of my face. it reduced inflammation frequencies. i learned that steaming your face before washing improves skin tone and pore constriction so i plan on using this mask after steaming.
