great product. i've used this product on and off and have determined it is best for my facial skin type (mostly oily/combo, fragile/sensitive, acne prone, with some congestion/blackhead buildup) as an occasional treatment and not a daily cleanser. i tend to get cystic pimples around the jawline and chin and do not recommend this product for use while experiencing cystic acne. it is pretty abrasive and i find it best if you "press" it and gently massage it into skin vs. using a scrubbing action. i actually prefer it for use on body areas that tend to break out - chest, shoulders/back - and dry areas (heels, elbows, and eczema patches).
